After missing 4 days of school this week for ’snow’ days, I convinced the kids since the sun was shining that was was indeed warm enough to go outside!!!

I loved Emma’s rain boots in the snow and mud!  They made me smile and gave me hope for an early spring!

This is my daughter …. she can give you many ‘looks’ in just a split second!

Sigh …. he is growing up way too fast!

Each birthday seems a little surreal in our house!

Each year a number keeps growing and growing!

Hard to believe we are knocking on the years as a teenager!

I can close my eyes and quickly recall  meeting this little red headed bundle of joy for the first time just like it was just days ago!

Being a mother is something I had always dreamed of and it was hard to believe when the day finally arrived!

I am certain we bore this little man to tears with stories of this birthday, but part of me knows he enjoys it and will never forget them!

It isn’t hard for him to know he was born into a family that loved him more than anyone could possibly imagine.

To the Happiest 11 years of life ….. You make life sweeter and more enjoyable each day!

We look forward to many other birthdays…… but couldn’t we take them just a little bit slower!!!!????

We always like to take a little measurement  of how much he has grown …… Although I am not very tall, it is still seems strange that he is going to pass me up very soon!
